Our Roots
About Our Founder
Reno T. Pratt Jr. is not just a realtor and construction finance lender — his journey through the real estate and construction industries inspired the foundation of Xselleo, LLC, the parent company of RenoVation R.O.I.
Early in his career, Reno discovered a gap: few contractors understood how to balance real estate value creation, construction management, and bank compliance standards. Fragmented project management often led to lost value, miscommunication, and delays.
Xselleo, LLC (DBA RenoVation R.O.I.) was created to help solve that problem.
We provide an integrated approach — combining real estate development, construction management, and finance expertise — to ensure every project maximizes property value, meets lender expectations, and supports long-term community success.
Led by Reno T. Pratt Jr., with 15+ years of real estate sales experience, construction finance certificate from Columbia University, and a master’s degree in International Real Estate from Florida International University, Xselleo has been a Maryland Limited Liability Company since 2018 and became a licensed Maryland Home Improvement Contractor in 2022.
